Hope everyone is having a good Friday 😄
I lost my phone and had to replace my SIM recently. Using an old Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL) and am not getting any mobile data.
Found an article online to check my "Access point names" under Mobile Network settings and I only see Telus SP and Koodo. When I first saw this setting, neither was selected, but regardless of which I select now, I still don't get data.
I've tried restarting the phone, I've checked my account status in an incognito window--it's active, I've got 9.65 GB left on my data, and there are no data limits set on my phone.
Would appreciate any help/insight. Thanks so much in advance!

try the easy way first
Click Reset All Networks and the PM APN could be there after. But be aware that it will delete saved wifi as well so you will need to rejoin them after
if that does not work, please try to add new following this
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include dun for hotspot)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID

@tchu - EDIT to add, other posts on this phone suggest to do a Factory Reset for data to work. Remember to back ip any info. before doing so.
In searching this model you provided: https://www.kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker/CA/asus-zenfone-3-ze552kl
I would prefer to see more green here rather than yellow, but should work.
Can you perform a reset of the network settings on this model? This usually helps you get connected correctly.
If not, check your APN settings. For Android phones try editing to this.
