Question:
1. My account was suspended due to lack of payment - yet I had/have autopay, received to message of a failed transaction attempt and the card is/was current/available funds and in fact used today manually.
2. In attempting to change the plan (which I had previously "set" to occur at new lower rates ($111) on renewal, no submit button was available (on my iPhone 5S) even though I refreshed and tried horizontally and then tried on my son's iPad. I therefore assumed I needed to make a manual payment throug "payments" tab and did so for the new lower amount.
3. I now show a credit of $67 and that my current plan is still at "high" $155 price. Any chance this can be sorted so that I am on the $111 plan please?

Not everyone here is an expert. I'm on holidays on a phone and DON'T know how to edit - AM LOOKING!
No need to YELL AT ME BY SAYING HELOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
If you found that rude, so did I. If you didn't, then I hope you also will understand.
The idea of the community is to help each other. Explaining how it was a mistake and why like Luddite did is the correct way. Telling me you don't want to see what I posted is personal and insulting.

Yes unfortunately, similar situations are happening. You will need the assistance of one of our moderators; @Shazia_K @Mary_M who have left for the day.
You will need to send them information by private message. If unfamiliar with this feature, you can review it here: Private Messages - viewing and creating. It will speed things along if you can check in from time to time during "Ontario business hours" tomorrow.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
I'm sure it will be cleared within 24 hours.
