How can I make sure this applies to my account as a new customer?

Why?

 

We don't know if @edwintribus is a customer yet. All he has to do is sign up and wait. Contacting moderarors now is a waste of everyone's time.

@edwintribus  I received my credit within 2-3 days. Give 2-3 weeks, then contact moderators to confirm if you are concered, to avoid paying for it first then receiving a credit afterwards

Keep watching in your account online for the credit equal to your plan cost to show up. It can take up to 30 days to arrive there so it will be there for your next renewal.

@edwintribus  As @AE_Collector  has pointed out this promo applies on all plans however if you only want the $15 plan by activating on the $25 and changing on the next renewal to the $15 you will benefit from the extra credit. If you sign up on autopay with the $10 referral code credit you will get four months of service for $27 +tax. ($25+$2 payment for your 4th month=$27+tax)
