@fredweet2 To see the breakdown of your phone bill, log into the Self
Serve and click on Payment at the top of the screen then click on
Transaction History. This will show you the charges on your bill.
@marks416 It depends. For me, it took about 2 weeks for the credit to be
applied to my account. The last resort is to click on the question mark
at the bottom of your screen and ask for the link to speak a moderator.
They can look into your situation...
