Hi folks. I am frustrated as I can't seem to find out how to connect with a Customer Service Agent. When I click on Customer Service it tells me then I can contact them and when I click on Customer Service it says it is all on line. Can someone please tell me who to get a hold of someone as I need to merge some accounts etc.

what do you mean by "merge some accounts etc" ? As you may recall, each account needs it's own sim and a unique email address for each...but you can use same credit/debit card. What other info can we provide as the Customer Support folks are busy dealing with outages right now. Perhaps we can help before they get back to you.

There is NO LIVE PM customer support.
All support is conducted through Ticket.
Open a Ticket through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
