New usa/Canada data package

HAs anyone tried the new usa/Canada data plan while in the usa , and if so how did/does it work ??? 
I know the usa data add did not work well for me last time I was traveling in the usa.

Expect the same experience you had with using add-ons. Did it work at all for you last time? What's types of issues did you have?

Service is dependent on TMobile coverage, as others have noted. I've never had issues with coverage in the US along the west Coast, but YMMV depending on where you are or course. Also note that TMobile does not have coverage in Alaska.

When do you plan on going to the US? How long for? There are other ideas I can share with you if you choose not to go the US package route.

The add-ons and plan would be the same. Coverage can vary like it it does with all providers.

@Bmvanbese  It will work there like it does here at home . Roaming for the US not need to do anything different . Just make calLs text who ever in either country and 40 GB of data to use in either country . Solid plan

The US add-on will work well if you have decent T-Mobile coverage, which not all cities/states are the same. For sure no coverage in Alaska.
