New subscription to 4g $25

Had an old subscription of 3g 2GB $21.

First of, got no notifications to let me know that the subscription increased to $25.  

Secondly, last month changed to 4g 10GB, $25 and when I checked this month it's the old 2GB subscription. 

Please update my subscription to 4g 10GB.

I have updated my account last month to 4g 10gb but as you can see it has not been updated. 

Can any PM able to (update) my subscription without me waiting 30 days?

PM did not increase prices for current subscribers. You might confuse 'increase' with removal on monetary rewards every 30 days replacing it with points. But that was a while ago and maybe you did not check your account since then.

Log in and confirm what plan you actually have right now. If you properly scheduled plan change on next renewal new plan should be in place after renewal date.

The old plan cost like $19. But what makes me not happy is no notification. They should of upgraded automatically to 4G, 10gb if they are going to charge me the  same  money. NO?

Thanks for the quick reply. I am using incognito and see the old plan. Today the old subscription started which is not what applied last month.

there is no price increase of any kind lately.  Where you see it?. can you check your payment history?  maybe post us screenshot?

only increased in price if you opted for new plan. Log in to your account on a laptop but use incognito mode ...then review your current plan detail. You might be looking at stale account info otherwise. Using the mobile app...log in to your account but "pull down" the page to refresh account info again.
