Hi, this is not a question—just feedback in the hopes that the PM will see and take note. Having a separate rewards page makes this service unnecessarily complicated. I have three phones on PM in my family. I would rather I have one bill, but I have always felt that the low payments made it a minor inconvenience. This separate rewards page makes everything more complicated than it needs to be. It was much easier to understand everything centralized on my billing page.

@ShawnC13 I thought I saw someone talked about this. But if you have never heard this from the Oracle side, then I guess it was purely a romour and a nice to have.

Kinda frustrating. There are multiple sign ins. Community. Self service. Rewards. If you order a SIM card or ceritified used phone, another separate login. Need to consolidate everything.

@softech, just wondering where you hear these rumours? I hadn't heard anything like that yet? I know the separate page was because of the new points reward system.

Yes, it is weird they cannot combine them.
But I think because currently the new My Rewards is on the Telus server while the old My Account is not, so it is not a seamless link but all they can do is the sync the login credentials.
Rumour is that PM will update the My Account site as well and it will then be on the Telus server and it will be all linked up at that time. Now sure when, changes here have been extremely slow here.
