How can I log to my account in if my phone is not working or missing?

@MIKE3552  If you are still stranded try entering the code incorrectly 4 times. Sometimes you are then offered the option to receive the code by email.

Public Mobile does not appear to be interested in offering a solution. Freedom Mobile gives Text and Email options at every sign in.

I'm kind of stuck in the same boat. This is an account I manage for my grandfather so I don't always have access to the phone. And trying to call him to get the code is another story. Is there another way to login without needing the phone?!

after trying the SMS option, click the “resend code” option provided and then select email as the delivery method.

I believe you can have the code sent to your email after creating your Eversafe ID.

I agree, the 2 Factor Authentication has a flaw, If Phone is Out of Order

Unless the 2 Factor Authentication Code is emailed
