I see issues where others have calls disconnecting after 50-55 secs but my grandfather's line have calls end after 12 secs consistently. After reading, I didn't see what the resolution was. Hoping others can share.
Nope,I'm kind of stuck in the same boat. This is an account I manage for my grandfather so I don't always have access to the phone. And trying to call him to get the code is another story. Is there another way to login without needing the phone?!

This happens at various locations in Ottawa. My uncle swapped the SIM and there were no issues so I guess network related. I'll try to initiate either of those 2 methods. Will report back on our findings.
