I couldn’t login to my account, because the system continues send code to my old phone number, but my old phone number was disconnected for a long time

@dustinbee - what are you trying to do? It looks like you used the "Forgot your email" option: https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true
Did you intend to use this feature? If you recently changed your number in My Account, try the previous number and see what happens.

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on…this is the normally process after you activate your SIM.
If you are looking at your accounts, you also need to refresh the page by clicking on the circular arrows.

@dustinbee Try again incognito private mode or another device . Also if trying in the website try in the app instead or vise versa
