Hello, I just switched to Public and oh my, it's very different here. I won't get into details as I'm sure you've heard it all before. Here are my questions:
1) I could have sworn I was offered a 3-month subscription, but it looks like I am only being rcharged once per month. How does this work?
2) I have moved and my address change went find. When I tried to update my payment method, which is the same cc number but a different postal code, it gave me an error message. I think it might be because it thinks it has that cc on file. But, since the postal code is wrong, I am worried that the payment may be declined. How do I correct the cc on file?
3) I understood that, for rewards, I would get 10 as a welcome, 1 each month for nothing, and another one based on % of my payment (also annual and others, based on certain conditions). Since I just joined on a $34 plan I expect to see around 12 points in my rewards account, but it says 0. How can I receive my points so that i can apply them to my next bill?
4) How do I prevent being kicked offline after every page I read?
I know I have other questions, but they have escaped me. Any other advice to a new Public customer, other than to take up extended boxing day deals elsewhere?
Thanks folks

@atomicnumber34 For question 1, there's currently only one plan that has the option of 30 or 90 days and that's the Canada/US plan, is that the one you selected? With plans that have both 30 and 90 day renewals you have to be careful to move the default check mark from 30 to 90 when subscribing.
For question 3 Other than specific bonuses like the welcome present, the $10 a month is for joining PM with a referral from an existing member. The referring member gets the 1 point/$1 every 30 days for referring you. The % on payments is usually 5% although sometimes there is a special that gives 10% for a limited time. It can take a few days for the $10 referral for joining to appear in your account. If I've got any of this wrong hopefully someone will correct me. There's more info here

As for question 4, I have no idea, it doesn't happen to me.

Public Mobile doesn't have 1 month or 3 month plans. The plans are actually 30 or 90 days long. Which plan did you pick? Not all plans have 90 day versions.
As for payment, does the card issuer already have the new postal code on file? Whatever postal that the card issuer has is the one that you'll need to use.
When t comes to ponts, you'll need to wait until 15 points are accumulated before they can be redeemed.
