New customer forgot promotion code

Hi 

I am a new customer. At the time of activation I was unaware of a promotion for additional 2GB of data for 12 months. 
can this be included? I just activated my account yesterday

It definitely will not hurt to ask agent to apply promo code you missed or did not see at the screen where to apply when you signed up... Particularly if you signed up a day or two ago.

Bear in mind it's only applicable to $25 and up plans.

 

There is a concurrent promotion also on when activating on $35 and up plans, however that only provides 6 months of bonus 2GB. Make sure you request the 12-month promotion.

Contact customer support and ask them to add the promocode to your account because you forgot to add it yourself. The same can be done with the referral code for the $10 bonus referral credit.
