It definitely will not hurt to ask agent to apply promo code you missed or did not see at the screen where to apply when you signed up... Particularly if you signed up a day or two ago.

There is a concurrent promotion also on when activating on $35 and up plans, however that only provides 6 months of bonus 2GB. Make sure you request the 12-month promotion.

Contact customer support and ask them to add the promocode to your account because you forgot to add it yourself. The same can be done with the referral code for the $10 bonus referral credit.
