Hello.
I forgot to update my credit card information after it changed, and now I can't use the plan I was getting with the promotion.

@woduddl75 Log into your account, update the CC details. You will need to pay the full amount (assuming you are on a 50% off plan) to reactivate but you will then be refunded the 50% discount amount into your available funds for net renewal.

@woduddl75 If you have the 50% off plan and updated credit card info you just need to make payment in full and will get 50% credit back to you in your accounts available funds towards your next renewal . But you can also confirm with support if you like
