It's possible that porting has not been completed that is causing your issue, but I would make sure all the obvious setup items have been ruled out first. Once you've determined that your carrier is in fact set to PM under Settings > Cellular > [Public Mobile esim label], do a hard shut down of your phone and restart. If this doesn't work, then more likely it's a porting issue.

Hi there,
Thank you for your insight. Still not able to receive any calls or text messages. Showing PM as my carrier via esim. I just joined last night, is the issue with porting my number that could be causing this? Hope it is resolved soon!
