Hello, is there anyway to get my loyalty rewards back? I switched a bank card and did not know it would cancel my phone plan. I was 1 day late renewing my wife and my plan.

@Boreals  are you referring to the $2 loyalty discounts you used to get?

Public mobile got rid of that program as of May.

Now you earn points on your payments.

If your account is suspended the  just click pay now and resume service if it's only 1 day late.

Hello @Boreals 

If you changed your credit card number and your account was 1 day inactive, you won't lose your points. Unless you're talking about that loyalty data you received after the cancellation of the legacy rewards program. Most are now expired. There is no way to get that back.
