Does this card have either a Visa or Mastercard logo on it? Debit cards need to be either Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit to be accepted.

if that does not work still, get a voucher and have the plan renewed first. Get it from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC for another phone

wait an hour (but some said to wait a full day if not in a rush) and try again. Try using Incognito/private/secrete mode on your browser, and try with PM app as well
