start from the beginning...what are you trying to do ? Are you trying to activate a new Public Mobile account or are you wanting to transfer to a new provider ? More info would help.

It's not clear what your request is?? If you need a new eSIM, just download the app and purchase it. Or buy a new card from a Telus instore. Once your account is active, you can port out.
