Cannot activate eSIM. "Subscription Not Activated"

On Step 6 of 6: Activate. "Subsciption Not Activated". 

Cannot proceed any further, I've tried using the 'Get Support' with the ChatBot, it asks for a log in, I do and just get a white screen, nothing else works. 

Can I change my activation to using a physical SIM rather than an eSIM and porting my number to that SIM?

HI @pfTony 

no need to change the sim card.  It is an activation problem and not really an esim problem.  Check with support agent, they might send  you a new esim to install
