I set up a new subscription with my own unlocked phone and want to keep my existing phone # . ( I had both when I signed up with my existing carrier) I went through all the setup steps with Public Mobile and the payment went through my credit card and my phone was compatible with the package I wanted and got through all of the steps until step 6 where it’s telling me that “activation not complete” and it will not let me complete it or login to my account. I do not want to subscribe again because they have already debited my account for this setup. I just want to be able to login and check my account that obviously has been setup to some degree because it is already paid for.

are you using eSIM or physical?
if Physical, put the sim in the phone and does it work?
if eSIM, check Welcome email and try to scan the QR code to install the eSIM

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
