Need help with my eSIM activation

I’ve already paid for my subscription and was informed to download PM’s app. This is where my issue starts, since I’m not from Canada my AppleID is not Canadian. I’ve tried to change my purchase reason but it fails. I’ve also attempted to make a new AppleID but without a Local Canadian Number I wasn’t able to have a Canadian region account, hence, no PM App for me.

Next issue being that when I tried to active my eSIM via the web it says my email and password do not match up which is ridiculous considering I’m able to login outside of this activation situation. I’ve attempted to contact someone via Live Chat but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Private Message does not seem to be an option for me right now. So please can someone help me either to active this plan or cancel it so I could get a refund. This is extremely frustrating.

@JunAnToby why isn't private message to CS_Agent an option? While in mobile, try clicking on the top right 3 lines while signed into community, then click on your avatar "the blue flower icon". 

You'll need help to get the activation done, if they can did it done via eSIM, if not a physical sim will be needed.

I don’t blame you…I would do the same thing. Just pm a CS_Agent for help.

I’ve considered that but I’m not where near one right now since I’m still at Toronto Pearson and I don’t want to just let $40 down the drain unless I can get a confirmation that I can get a refund.

Best to contact a CS_Agent private messaging to see if they can help you activate the eSIM without the app or give you a refund at:

If not, you might consider going into a Telus/Koodo store and purchase a Koodo eSIM.
