Hello - I am trying to put a new visa expiry into my profile to keep on file and to make a payment, but it says that it cannot do it now - try later.
What is wrong?

@murray57 Been a lot of complaints about this best to wait 24 hours and try again from another browser or the app even . If your in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 if still having issues let support know

There's been some issues lately. Just wait over an hour, clear your browser cache, reboot your browser and try again. If you're still having issues you can reach a CS Agent via this link.

It is nothing you are doing incorrectly. For weeks now others have reported issues with updating credit card info.
