I was charged an amt to my visa which has nothing to do with my monthly subscription. How do I find out why this was charged

check with PM first, don't try to reverse the charge with credit card. If you have credit card to reverse it, it will suspend your PM service

how much was that ?
did you login My Account and check Payment history to see if the charge shows up there?
if you can't find it but sure that it was a wrong charge from PM, ask support to check.

@Jvps1953 , if you credit card charges do not match the payment history in your online account use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
