Hi Support,
I discovered I waas suddenly charged the next subcription fee today.
Originally, what I saw is the current subscription due date is to 23Novemember.
But when i open the biils today, I just saw the new subscription period is overlapped with 23Nov.
And the charge was deducted from my credit card.
Could you please help to investigate and perform appropriate actions onto this case?

@Alexy1018 Payments run on a 30 day billing cycle rather than a monthly cycle. This makes it confusing for months that are 31 days, 28 days or leap years. At least now you know 🙂
Hopefully it didn't disrupt any of your finances!

@Alexy1018 , the dates are somewhat confusing at times. The current cycles isn't quite October 24 to November 23. That is 31 days. So renewal is actually on November 23. The renewal happens early morning.

PM's cycle is 30 days. and not monthly.
So, while it says Oct 24 to Nov 23, it actually meant Oct 24 to Nov 23 00:00 , which is 30 days So, the new cycle will start on Nov 23 00:01, and that's why they charge you on Nov 23
