$40/month for 15GB prepaid plan - when does the promotion end?

Do you have to pay right away 40 to activate when you first get the plan, does it charge your account instantly? 

What are the prepayments set for the middle or beginning of month? Are you allowed to change dates it is took out?

Since you have already paid for your current monthly subscription and wouldn't want that payment to go to waste, you can opt to change your play but select that it takes effect as of your next renewal. By doing this, you'll get the best of both worlds! You will expire the current monthly payment of yours and you won't miss out on the great deal!

This is prepaid, so yes you need to pay in advance. You can change plans whenever you want, but we recommend scheduling plan changes for your next renewal date (there is an option to do this automatically) because there are no refunds for unused time that you've already prepaid for. Billing cycles are 30 days here (not monthly), so the actual date will change month to month.

Your best bet is to schedule a plan change at the next renewal because we don't know how long Public will keep these promotions.  Then you are guaranteed to get this plan even if it is no longer being offered is the way I understand it works @Joh00n
