New Sim and account not working. stuck - can't log in with out Text Code

Hi there,  New user here. 

My new sim card doesn't seem to have registered on the network, however it's asking me to Text verify for full access.  

How would I received text if the card isn't work.    

Also, not when I enter the app, it's asking me to verify via text (with no option of verify via email).

Thanks all.   Was able to get a hold of support and verify new account.   Online now.
