The credits can take sometime - a few days to a few weeks (based on experience). Just monitor it for 30 days and it should be fine.

If by just you mean today, then it will show up around the first week of the month following your activation.

As mentioned, as long as he signs up by March 4th it is yes to all. Also Make sure he uses your phone number for referral so you get that reward too!
