Hello, I just purchased a new iPhone 13 and need to transfer my eSIM over from my old phone. Where can I get the QR code for my eSIM? Is this something I can do or do I need a new eSIM? Thanks

@Beatty You can’t transfer esim you have to instead log into the PM app with new iPhone 13 and re buy esim . But the system will credit you the money back at check out

hi @Beatty you don't transfer your existing esim. Instead, you need to buy a new one , but it is free
download the app on your new phone, login and go to Account page and click Buy sim card and choose esim to buy
after you installed, just ask support to reimburse you the cost

This is what you do. You go to the app, purchase a new eSIM. Now, it will come up as $5 but when you get to the check out, it will be free. It's that easy.
Open app and sign in. Once signed in, bottom tab "Account". Scroll down to purchase SIM. Next page, Continue with eSIM ($5) at the bottom. Go to check out and "pay" for it. But it will come up as $0.00. If you DO pay $5, don't worry, a CS Agent will gladly credit your account.
