This new $35 Us-Mex-Canada plan with the LD minutes, does it include the calling features?

It won't. Once you have it, you're good.

I had that $34, the upgraded to the $35 CAUSMEX(CA-US-MEX) $35 50GB 5G

 

Then after the $35 75GB 5G Thing, Got it for My and Mama's Plan, and Now, I am Purely Happy

 

Hoping the Fee will NOT Jump to the $45 Version which is the Same Plan layout, But $10 More

@jackho777 Yes many have used that workaround successfully. Renew now to the $30 plan first. Just know that you will lose any prepaid credit for the current cycle you're in. Then once that's done you'll see the $35 option that can you choose to renew into effective next renewal.

ah so if i new now into the $30, this new $35 christmas promotion will be available right way (before the 31st Dec)? @DennyCrane 

@jackho777 Port your number out to another provider and then port back under a new email account as a new customer.

Alternatively you can renew now into the $30 plan and then you'll unlock the $35 option to renew into at next renewal.

that is fine. i want to become a new customer. how can i do that? can i open a ticket?

It's only because Public Mobile has made a business decision not to offer all plans to all customers.  Plans and discounts are often used to attract new customers.

When you say you have the same problem, is it related to : 

  • Calling Features: Call Display, Voicemail, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Conference Calling

These features coming with every PM package.

i have the same problem. can we get a public mobile personal to take a look and answer it.

this plan is available to all new people. why not existing customers?

can i cancel my current account and set up a new account to get it?

Customers can only change to plans listed in as avaialble inside the self serve account. Not all plans are available to everyone.

You have to use the Public mobile app and do the follwoing:

1) Tap on change subscription tab,

2) scroll down until you see the plan you want to change to (75GB CAN,US, MEX) expired on Dec 31, 2024.

3) Tap on the offer

4) Tap on "Change subscription on the renewal date"

5) You are all set on your renewal date.

 You can use data and voice and text while you are in US and Mexico

It's coming as base package with every PM plan.

Hello!

I currently have the $34 CAN-US 50GB plan. It lists the calling features (call display, call waiting, etc.) but I’ve noticed these new plans do not list that. Does anyone know if these things are included?

So I am not seeing this plan available to change my subscription. I currently on US-Canada 50GB for $34/mo

Can someone please detail what I do please?

@Hunter114 Click on the "Usage Breakdown" in the app. The LD minutes show at the top of the page.

Why doesn't it say the 1000 minutes in the description on my phone app under my plan, it lists the 75gb etc

@torontokris2, Yes. I've been on the $34 50GB Canada-US plan since joining PM in May and I was able to select the $35 75GB Canada-US-Mex plan yesterday, I selected "Change on renewal" and took a screenshot of the confirmation just in case there's any mixups 😉
