I live in port elgin Ontario and was able to receive calls and texts this morning. All of a sudden no longer able to this afternoon. Not isolated to my phone only but my partners as well.
Getting the error "Not registered on network" when trying to dial out.
Tried turning off phone and restarting.
Tried turning off Sim and turning back on
Tried resetting network but only Roger's shows up but unable to connect.
Looks like there is an outage? Anyone know or experiencing the same issue?

Public Mobile has been effected with a variety of service outages primarily across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba for some cases.

As far as I know my account is active and have not missed a bill payment. Been with public mobile a long time now.
I'll see if I can put Sim in another phone. Thx.
I also submitted a ticket. See what they have to say.

we saw another post earlier about the phone not seeing PM network but just seeing Rogers network
and you confirmed your account is Active now?
You have another phone to test the sim card? By putting your sim in another phone, it will also force a sim card reprovision and could resolve the issue , try it if you have another phone around
