Lost cell, Cant remember 4 diget access code so i cN stop autopay

Need to speak to customer service

@Thekatzmeow   If you're unable to login yourself, then you won't be able to put your phone into Lost/Stolen mode unless you request that from customer support.  If you've submitted a ticket then you need to remove my post as the solution and pick either @JK8 or @Outdoorsman as they both provided a link before anyone else.

PM has No live support. Only through personal messages at Community.

Log in to your account, then

If you cannot log in contact agent for assistance ASAP.

@Thekatzmeow   Are you able to login to your account? 

 

You would have the option to put your phone into Lost/Stolen mode (under Quick Links/My Profile) which would halt all service and any further payments until you went back in to remove the Lost/Stolen and Resumed service.

@Thekatzmeow hi just sign into your self serve you can do that in the payment section or 

if you need the help of a service rep
