@Thekatzmeow If you're unable to login yourself, then you won't be able to put your phone into Lost/Stolen mode unless you request that from customer support. If you've submitted a ticket then you need to remove my post as the solution and pick either @JK8 or @Outdoorsman as they both provided a link before anyone else.

If you cannot log in contact agent for assistance ASAP.

@Thekatzmeow Are you able to login to your account?
You would have the option to put your phone into Lost/Stolen mode (under Quick Links/My Profile) which would halt all service and any further payments until you went back in to remove the Lost/Stolen and Resumed service.

if you need the help of a service rep
