@manaliarora or you can log into My Account and list your phone into Lost/stolen status. This will prevent any payments from being made to any registered cards on the account or pull funds from your available funds area.
After 90 days in nonpayment status your account and phone number is gone/closed.

@manaliarora 3 ways to do so 1 port the number out 2 turn off auto subscribe and 3 get support to remove the credit card info on file right away

you need to login to your account and disable subscription (AutoPay) and remove to CC info, if you want to go that far.

To "end" the subscription, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
