I am $21/month subscriber. How do I get $19/month w/ 90-day subcription

My $21/month current subscription had a clause "$19/month with a 90-day subscription" on it.   How do I get $19 month?  I've been a subscriber since June 2024 and doesn't the $19 /month kick in after 90 days?  How does it work?  I know that it is just $2 but I would like to know how to get it lowered in price.  If anyone knows what it means, please explain to me.  Thank you.

It's not a discount after 90 days, it was just a 90 day discounted plan option. When selecting the plan you pick between paying $21 every 30 days or $57 every 90 days. When you choose a 90 day plan you get a slight discount and get all your data upfront.

@catfifek Can you post a screenshot of the plan in your app? The $19 is not "after" 90 days. It is what you will pay if you opt into the 90 day subscription. You will pay $57 every 90 days not $19 every 30 days. If you see it in your app you can change to it, it will not be changed for you. I have never seen a 90 day subscription worded like you say with "after 90 days".

Thank you for quick replies.  On my current subscription, I still see the $19/month after 90-day on it.  Well I guess that the page had a misleading false hope.

@catfifek You needed to select the 90 day subscription option while it was still available. As noted by others, now, if you don't see it in your app it is no longer available to you.

PM is using target marketing now and will only offer selected plans based on your profile, and you can only change to plan offered on your My Account Change Subscription page.  if you have a $21 subscription now and don't see the $19, then you cannot change to it.  

Other might try to give you hope to ask PM support to help with plan change, but we got confirmation that support won't help to change plan that was not being offered on your My Account

sorry, you can't.  If you are on $21 plan, they won't offer you $19 plan.
