were you using the Public Mobile app? if you just used the browser and not the app, you are not done with the Subscription process, you need PM app to complete it and install esim
or you can ask PM to check. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
