Need to cancel plan without having activated SIM card

I received my SIM card today. It does not fit into my phone's SIM card slot so I am unable to proceed with activation.

It appears that I need to be activated before I can cancel in the app / via the website.

I would like to cancel my plan and not have it auto renewed any longer. How can I do this without inputting the SIM card into my phone?

PM SIM has 3 different adapters. Highly unlikely your phone CANNOT handle at least one such adapter.
If you did not activate SIM than your account is not created and there is nothing to cancel.

you need a smaller sim? 

the sim is 3-in-1, they have spacer around you can remove to make it small.  Try it

if you don't understand what I meant, take a pciture of the sim and post it

@Lucasmeggetto   The PM sim comes in three sizes, you just remove the outer rim for each size.  What size is it you need?
