I cannot add new credit card to my account and need to resume my mobile service which has been deactivated for about a week.

@Johnbecky - Get a voucher as the others suggested at the locations or places that they suggested, a physical voucher card with Public Mobile may look like this (Yes, they still have the Pre-Rebrand PM logo on the voucher card):

2. Open a ticket so agent can update your credit info

hi @Johnbecky many has the same problem
supposed to wait an hour or a day to try again
best to get a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load it using *611, this will at least get the service back first

As far as I know, PM only takes credit.
If you don't have a credit card, you could get prepaid VISA or MC from Shoppers Drug Mart or use someone else's like a parent or sibling?

get payment voucher at Shell or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them and REsume servic3e.
