Absolutely ridiculous that you have to go to a store and purchase a voucher in order to update your credit card on file. I will be cancelling my service with Public as this has happened a few times. The most annoying company to deal with.
I have not had phone or texting service for over a week as I am trying to add a new credit card to my account and cannot, so they simply deactivated my account. I am beyond frustrated.
