I cannot add new credit card to my account and need to resume my mobile service which has been deactivated for about a week.

Yes, same old problem. No cell phone, cannot call out, cannot send or receive texts. Ridiculous.

I have never heard of a mobile company that expects a customer to go and get a voucher from a store to add to file in order to pay their bill. My credit card continues to get comprimised, which is a common occurence these days, and you cannot add or change your credit card online. It's ridiculous and will be changing companies even though Public Mobile has good rates. I still after a week have no cell phone usage.

Buying a voucher doesn't update your credit card. It just makes it so that a payment can be made to your Public Mobile account can be made using an alternative method. Vouchers can also be purchased from recharge.com or muskbird.com.

Absolutely ridiculous that you have to go to a store and purchase a voucher in order to update your credit card on file. I will be cancelling my service with Public as this has happened a few times. The most annoying company to deal with.

@Johnbecky - Get a voucher as the others suggested at the locations or places that they suggested, a physical voucher card with Public Mobile may look like this (Yes, they still have the Pre-Rebrand PM logo on the voucher card):

supposed to wait an hour or a day to try again
best to get a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load it using *611, this will at least get the service back first

As far as I know, PM only takes credit.
If you don't have a credit card, you could get prepaid VISA or MC from Shoppers Drug Mart or use someone else's like a parent or sibling?

get payment voucher at Shell or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them and REsume servic3e.
