Need refund or credit for US roaming data

Hello,

I bought a 3GB US Data (15d) add on  for use in the US but could not use for most of the time. The LTE connection kept disconnecting and it was barely useful.

 

I was wondering if it is possible to get a refund/credit because this add on was not up to the standard.

Yes, PM support usually are very understanding in situation like this and likely able to do something.  Please open a ticket and share with them your experience

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
