In-Warranty Repairs
The Certified Pre-Owned warranty covers any hardware malfunction caused by a defective part or workmanship within the 1-year limited warranty period. This includes imperfections, such as up to 3 dead pixels and minor scuffs on the body.
Contact a Customer Support Agent to check your warranty status and troubleshoot your issues. If your phone requires an in-warranty repair, you will be directed to bring your phone and receipt to a TELUS location for assistance. If your phone is sent out for repair, you may have the option of using a loaner phone pending availability at your closest TELUS store.
Accessories that come with your Certified Pre-Owned Phone have a 1-year warranty. If you experience an issue with your accessory, please visit a TELUS location for warranty service.

then you should be fine
What problem you have?
You actually don't need to submit ticket with agent. Cos agent will ask you to look for Telus store for repair anyway
