I have recently lost access to my email account associated with this account. I need to help update my new email. Also I can’t login to my account.

HI @stacycoutu You can try to login by asking the system to send the 2FA security to your phone If you can the code, you can still use the email as the username to login
But of course, you need to change the email address used for long time, please open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
