I lost my phone, and i forgot my PW to my PM account and with that I don't have access to my email to reset my PM password. So it has been 3 days with no phone I bought a sim card and its necessary that I keep the same phone number. No clue what I'm supposed to do to get back my account

If you need help, make sure to use it in the "Get Support" menu. But here is an answer for you.
Please ask a CS_Agent to help you regain access to your account and mark you phone as lost / stolen. That'll stop your subscription, but after 90 days of being enabled, you'll lose your account and phone number. A note to add, it'll prevent your phone from being active (You'll have No Service). You'll get a response between Thursday and Friday.
