I sent my referral code to my husband for his activation, which he used. When we activated his subscription it showed my referral code before making the payment.
I have not come across any referral points in my rewards section in the app and he has not received the credit either. It's been 2 days now.
It usually gets applied with 72 hours. If he doesn't see the $10 credit in his available funds , he has to be the one to create a ticket to get it applied.
I would wait another day then have him create the ticket via the chat bubble.
