Tried to activate a new account. Got to the payment step and when I hit submit I received a message saying my payment was accepted but there was an error. No details on what the error was, and no options to continue in any way were presented.

Now when I try to log into my account to create a ticket, it asks me to sign in again and then says my password, the one I just used to sign in 3 seconds before, doesn't match.

What is happening? Please fix this nonsense.

I have the same issue and I can't even take my credit card off of my account

These are administrative/policy issues, not engineering issues. I have never had an issue with mobile performance in Canada...only with customer support, bill payments, and pricing...which is shockingly high. It is reasonable to expect pricing might be slightly higher given the amount of hardware needed per capita given our geography; however, I think the federal government should own all the network infrastructure and the telcos should compete purely on customer service and bid on maintenance contracts. Either that or allow some very deep pocketed foreign competition into the country and make our telcos earn their keep rather than extracting rentier-level profits off of unwitting Canadians.

Because this mobile company is a complete #$GE$ing joke. C'mon Telus, just give everyone low prices and good service. I lived in the UK for 4 years and cell services and pricing runs circles around service this useless oligopolistic country.

Thanks, have also been unable to submit a ticket - getting an undefined error with that too (lol wtf), so sent a message to the link you provided.

yes, PM support is all online, so, you need to open ticket with them and they will reply via Community inbox.

Follow up - my credit card was charged. Why is this the only avenue I have available to me to resolve this?
