Hi. My girlfriend transferred yesterday his number from chatr, old chatr sim is not working anymore and now she can text messages use internet from public mobile sim but she can’t call or take the call from other number. Maybe someone knows how we can fix that?

Yes. They’re sending the confirmation message about transferring number. And both of sim was be at phone all the time. Chatr sim is not working anymore

Did they respond yes to the port authorization request within 90 minutes of receiving the SMS while their Chat'r SIM card was in their device?

If so, try rebooting the device and resetting network connections and removing and reinserting the PM SIM card.

Sounds like the port didn't fully come over. I'll message you the porting number to call them for assistance. Check top right corner for mail
