Hello, Just transferred my number following the instructions. However the port was completed before I got to activating the SIM and now unable to authenticate for full access since it is sending text to the phone number which is technically not even anywhere. Can I please get some help?

Click on "Didn't get code" and there should be an email option to send it to. If you don't see that option, please create a ticket so a CS Agent can help fix it.
