My verification email never comes in.

My account is locked as I didn't change my credit card on file and now I cannot login since it won't send an email to the email address on file

Make absolutely certain you have checked spam. It could very likely have ended up in that channel.

@kevinmendes1988 Make sure you are using the correct email on file. Try using incognito/private browsing mode and see if email arrives. Also, check your junk or spam forlders. If all fails, you will have to reach out to the PM CS_Agent for help renewing your account.
