Voice mail Access

My phone is set up and working however the password I set up to access my voice mail is being turned down. It then tells me it is locked and they will send me a temporary password by SMS that I can use to log in again and fix the problem.

They say the SMS was sent but I don't get it. All other text messages are coming in as usual. It is only this one I don't receive.

Did you login to the account and did the reset voicemail password? Then try dialing 1-778-580-4001 and enter your 10 digit phone number.

Did you set up voicemail to always ask for a password?  What you can do after a couple of failed attempts at providing the correct password, press * to change the password.

@AGFair

did you try to reboot the phone once?

And if you ever try to block PM's text (like *611)

Thanks but I have done that. I get the prompt to do the reset  and then they say the temporary pass word has been sent but I am not getting that temporary password on met sms or email. This is the problem

@AGFair , there is a voicemail password reset function in the self serve account in the profile tab.  Perhaps give that a try and start fresh and see if that helps.  After the reset, calling voicemail will result in prompts to create a new password.
