My subscription is up how can I swap sims?

I want to renew service but I want to put a new SIM card in and get a new number what’s the best way to do this ? Because if I renew service it’ll just assume I want it on the current sim which I don’t want ??

@Bellawinter If you want to replace the SIM, buy a new SIM, log into your account, go to profile, edit SIM Card number enter your new SIM number, save and insert into phone and restart phone.  THat should be it.

If you wanted a new number, in your profile you can change the phone number there.  So you can keep the same plan/account and edit your number if you wanted a new number.

That’s great but I want to change the sim how do I activate my plan on a new sim ?

@Bellawinter  You don’t need a new SIM card to change phone number . You can change number in your account profile page . And note you can change your number 4x for free every 30 day cycle
